Children will meet other collectors, show off their favorites and make fun, friendly trades during one of our supervised trading sessions.

⏰ Trading Sessions

• 11:00–11:45 AM
• 12:30–1:15 PM
• 1:45–2:30 PM

Each session is limited to 30 children so everyone has enough room and time to trade. Advance registration for a specific session is required. Once a session fills, we will not be able to add additional participants.

🌟 How the Squishy Swap Works

1. Bring approximately 5–10 fidgets or squishies that you are willing to trade.
2. Each child will receive a space at a trading table.
3. Two children will place the items they would like to offer in front of each other.
4. Either child may accept the trade, politely decline or ask the other trader to add or change an item.
5. Both children must clearly agree before exchanging items.
6. Once both children approve and exchange the items, the trade is final.

✅ Trading Rules

• A parent or supervising adult must approve all items before the child brings them into the trading area. Once an item enters the trading area, the child has permission to trade it. Children must agree to each exchange, and all completed trades are final.
• Adults must remain nearby during the session.
• Bring only clean, gently used fidgets and squishies.
• Please do not bring dirty, sticky, torn, leaking or damaged squishies.
• No slime, putty, liquids, food, candy or homemade items.
• No buying or selling. This is a trade-only event.
• Parents should not allow children to bring valuable or sentimental items.
• Ask permission before touching another child’s collection.
• “No, thank you” always means no.
• Never pressure another child to trade or add another item.
• All completed trades are final.
• Warbington Farms staff will supervise the trading area but will not determine the value or fairness of individual items.
• Any participant who is rude, bullies or pressures another child, or refuses to follow the trading rules or staff instructions will be required to leave the trading area, will not be permitted to return to the session, and will not receive a refund.

💡 Tips for a Successful Swap

• Decide which items your child may trade before arriving.
• Do not bring anything your child would be upset to lose.
• Clean and inspect every item at home.
• Bring a variety of sizes, colors and styles.
• Place everything in a labeled basket or bag.
• Talk with your child about accepting “no” politely.
• Look over every trade before giving your final approval.
• Bring a separate bag to carry home your new finds.
• Arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled session.

This event is all about having fun, meeting other collectors and practicing kind, respectful trading. Space is limited, so reserve your child’s trading session early!
