I give Warbington Farms leaders, and anyone appointed by Warbington Farms, permission to seek and obtain medical treatment for my child in the event of an emergency. I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims, for damages that I may have against Warbington Farms and its agents, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by myself of my child that arise out of any activities, programs or sports sponsored by Warbington Farms.

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the above-named child, understand and acknowledge that participation in Farm Camp at Warbington Farms involves outdoor activities, interaction with farm animals, and other farm-related experiences. While Warbington Farms takes every precaution to provide a safe environment, I recognize that certain risks are inherent, including but not limited to falls, insect bites, animal interactions, weather conditions, and other unforeseen hazards.

By signing this waiver, I agree to:

1. Assume all risks associated with my child’s participation in Farm Camp activities.
2. Hold harmless, release, and discharge Warbington Farms, its owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries that may occur before, during, or after my child’s participation in Farm Camp.
3. Authorize Warbington Farms staff to provide basic first aid and/or seek emergency medical treatment if necessary. I understand that all medical expenses are my responsibility.
4. Acknowledge that refunds will not be issued for absences, early departures, or removal due to behavior.
